Peter Tierney is Creative Director and Head of Run Run Run. Prior to joining BBC Studios he spent 8 years as Commissioning Editor for Reality and Entertainment at ITV. As well as commissioning Big Brother, Celebrity Big Brother and critically acclaimed ITV1 series, The Fortune Hotel, Tierney ordered the likes of Peckham's Finest, Secret Crush, and Killer Camp. His slate also included various entertainment series such as The Emily Atack Show, The Stand Up Sketch Show, and multi award winning Don't Hate The Playaz. Tierney’s entertainment commissions included some of ITV2’s youngest profiling titles. Prior to joining ITV’s commissioning team Peter Tierney worked across numerous entertainment and reality shows including I’m A Celebrity…, The X Factor, Britain’s Got Talent, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Dancing On Ice and Love Island. He has also worked as a development producer throughout his career.

Sarah Pack is a Development Executive at Run Run Run. Prior to joining, she worked on some of Britain’s biggest reality, comedy and entertainment brands; developing and producing some of the genre's most memorable content. Her credits include The Traitors and The Celebrity Traitors (BBC and NBC), Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, the relaunch of Dancing on Ice and Michael McIntyre’s Big Show as well as a broad range of young skewing ITV2 and E4 reality and entertainment shows. She has also worked as a development producer throughout her career and has a long track record of standing up new series, revamping returning ones as well as pitching to networks both in the UK and the US including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Sky, E4, UKTV, NBC and Fox.

Luke Oxtoby is a Development Producer specialising in reality, entertainment and fact-ent formats. His credits include the relaunch of Gladiators, Wim Hof: Feel the Freeze, Jack Whitehall: Travels with My Father and Little Mix: The Search. He’s developed and pitched projects for broadcasters and streamers including BBC, ITV, Channel 4, E4, Sky Max, NBC and Netflix. Over the years he’s worked on everything from gameshows, quiz shows, chat shows, talent shows, award shows and end-of-the-year shows – and shows that his mother has told him she didn’t like.
